What does BDI do?

Black Dog Institute is the only medical institute in Australia to investigate mental health across the lifespan. Black Dog Institute is driven to support the 65% of the community who would not ordinarily seek help and we do that through Science, Compassion and Action.

 

The money raised by you and the Mullets for Mental Health community is used to create real-world action in these three important areas:

1. More education, training and resources

2. Using technology to help teens sleep better

3. Funding mental health research
